Brad's florist saved my daughters special day by making corsage and boutonniere my daughter had already paid for but they didn't have....couldn't find it anywhere... Amazing and Very courteous service!!! Found my new florist :)
I needed to order flowers for a funeral in Paris, IL. Since I am not local I trusted the florist listed on the funeral home's website. I called Brad's Florist and the man who answered the phone was downright rude. It was as though I was bothering him. I didn't have many options so continued to place my order. He then started to complain about having 3 funerals this weekend. Granted, we all have bad days but no need to take it out on a potential customer who is already upset by the loss of a family member. Needless to say I found another florist with great customer service. Shame on you Brad.
I ordered a valentines bouquet for my daughter and phoned the order in. They chaged me EIGHTY DOLLARS for a dozen red roses. I later found out that the other florist, Weir's was only 40. On top of that, the woman on the phone seemed annoyed and inconvenienced to be taking my money. I will never shop here again.
They even deliver!
Was very happy with arrangement and customer service .Would highly recommend and did not cost an arm or leg,I told them what I could spend and they were more than willing to work with me THANK YOU
