I am a retired social worker from Idaho and had an opportunity while waiting for a family member to see Dr. Phipps to witness a medical professional (I would guess a nurse) work so effectively with a couple who appeared to have a developmental disability and medical concerns but no doctors appointment. She was very compassionate and listened with sincerity their questions and concerns. She took the time to address their issues and provided them with dignity and respect. I wanted to let her know, however, I did not get the opportunity....
